Refund policy
Due to the nature of custom-made products and the importance of hygiene, we do not accept returns and we do not accept exchanges. All sales are final.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us. We will review the issue and, if the product is confirmed defective or incorrect, we will resend the correct item at no additional cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors. Defective or incorrect items will be remade and shipped to you.
Refunds

Orders already processed: once hand-painting has begun, refunds or cancellations are not available.
- Return Costs: No returns are accepted. Customers are not required to pay return shipping because returns are not permitted.
